Here at The Zhane Effect we ensure that our orders are packaged properly. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing time and 3-5 business days to receive your order after we have shipped out your order. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any damages done to goods once they have left our care. We are not responsible for any lost packages caused by USPS. We deliver ONLY to the address that was given to us. COVID-19 and other delays may occur during this time.

Returns and Exchange Policy

 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns and exchanges for health reasons. However, we will issue a refund due to supply and demand for scarce products. These products include frontals and closures of all textures. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to this scarcity you will receive an email from us ASAP to come to a solution if not, a full refund. Here at The Zhané Effect we offer nothing but high quality products. All products are thoroughly inspected and checked. All sales are final.
